Melanie Pensak is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher & Speech-Language Pathologist
located in California. She creatively combines her love of Mother Earth & passion for
communication & wellness into each of her meditation classes, mindfulness experiences & speech therapy sessions.
Melanie shares knowledge learned from coursework completed through the Mindfulness Training Institute, Mindful Schools & UCLA's MARC, as well as personal experiences as a meditation practitioner, globe-trotter & minimalist to inspire humans to live a life of freedom & joy.
My Journey into Presence
I’m known for my passion for nature, human connection & inspiring others. My personal spiritual journey began in the year 2000, after experiencing a series of family deaths. Following a period of challenges, I began exploring the benefits of yoga, travel, reiki, minimalism & meditation
practices on my body, heart & mind.
These practices & lifestyles have helped me improve my emotional
health, personal growth & life vision.
I inspire others from around the world to explore mindfulness in their daily lives, improve communication &
to reconnect with our beautiful planet Earth. Now is the time!
